I've been trying to contact you on MSN?
MSN was great when Weycrest hardly had any customers ;o) but now we have quite a few, MSN has become increasingly intrusive to the point where little other work was getting done. Please by patient, or raise a support ticket, or contact us via more conventional channels such as email. Also for fairly obvious security reasons we are unable to modify domains on instructions over MSN.
Please note that certain matter such as nameserver modifications and tag changes can be handled over MSN or the phone for obvious security reasons.

How much do you charge to transfer out a domain?
We don't:-) Transfers out and TAG changes are free
How do update or change the DNS for my domain?
Contact us on dns [at] weycrest.com or support [at] weycrest.com. We hope to add a web interface shortly for customers, wishing to change their DNS.
After you changed my DNS I discovered my domain was disabled in Plesk. Why is this?
All Plesk does is operate email and web forwarding. If the DNS is elsewhere then it is redundant, and therefore domain are de-activated.
I know you offer web and email forwarding with domain, can you provide IP forwarding?
Yes we can provide IP forwarding at no charge. Just contact dns [at] weycrest.com
I've updated my DNS settings, but my domain still isn't resolving?
You should allow 24/48 hours as DNS is a massive distributed database. In some case world wide propagation can take 72 hours.
Email FAQ
My mail is getting bounced because my mailbox is showing as full. But when I check using Horde (webmail) there is no mail
When you login to Webmail click on "show deleted" then click "purge deleted."
