How to Transfer a Domain Name AWAY from Namesco at Names.co.uk

Namesco Limited trade under a variety of brands including Names.co.uk, Simply.Com, CheapDomainNames, CheapNames, Hosts.co.uk, NDO, 123DomainNames, Net2.

While the domain prices vary wildy between the different brands they charge £11.75 per UK domain to change the IPS TAG so that you can move to another Hosting Company or ISP.

The transfer our procedure is identical for each brand as all share a common backend:

To start the Domain Name Transfer

Log into your online account at http://www.names.co.uk/controlpanel.html

click on the .uk domain name to transfer

click the "Transfer Options" link to the left

Go to "Option 3 : Change Nominet TAG" and click the link

enter the new Nominet IPSTAG in the box provided
